why is my mobile hotspot not working properly

im connected to usa network live but it just keeps loading

Maybe the firmware needs updated or maybe the devices that are connected to it need updating as they may be incompatable. Or they may not work with it at all. Did you read the requirements before purchasing it?

Also you might want to look in the App Manager for hotspot, tethering, etc and clear the cache. I wasn't getting Internet connection the other day on my and cleared the cache of TetheringProvision and it started working correctly again.
