Why is my mobile sounding buzz??????

Hi friends,I am using gionee g1 gpad mobile phone.It was working quite good for almost 1 year.Recently my phone fallen down from my hand.Then i notice that some keys are not functioning and slowly my mobile started to sound buzz when i got phone call,music,games,etc.,,When i tap slowly on the speaker then the sound goes. Why is this sound coming????Is it dangerous???Help me if any one faced the same issue. suggest me solutions......

There may be a badly soldered connection, or the drop caused a loose connection. Take it to a repairer for diagnosis and cure.
