Why is my Moto 360's battery lasting less than eight hours?

I pull my 360 (1st gen) off the charger at ~7am every day and, at best, it shuts down at 4pm every day.

When I purchased it originally, it got about 14 to 16 hours of life but since the last update this has been the daily deal.

I looked at what's using my battery and I see 6% watch idle and 4% screen.

Thoughts??

I've done that many times... Hell, it restarts itself every time it runs out of juice every day.

As others have stated power it off, which you have done, Then factory reset. If that doesnt help try switching to a different watch face from the usual one you have been using. Ive known some watch faces to eat up battery and some are very battery friendly.
If NONE of that works its also possible the battery its self is going bad.

It might be an application. I had a problem with iHeartRadio. I also had a problem with a new watch face. Try the stock Motorola watch faces to see if that helps. Also try turning off unnecessary notifications.
