Why is my Nobis 9 losing personal data every time I restart it?

Nobis 9" keeps losing personal data every time I restart

Every time I turn it on, it acts like it's been factory reset. This has only started a couple months ago.

I am not sure what to suggest. I think I found the company website that makes Nobis, but they do not mention a 9" tablet.

Perhaps contacting them about the device. It may be a bug in the firmware or update they may not know about.
