Note 3 constantly rebooting
My note 3 has been stuck in a constant reboot cycle since yesterday. It gets to a certain point in the boot up process and then restarts. It does the same thing when starting in safe mode. I have tried starting in recovery mode and clearing the cache, and plugging it into a charger, and neither solves the problem.
I have also tried stopping some apps but I only have a few seconds after it boots up to do anything before it restarts, and sometimes doing this causes it to reboot sooner.
The only thing I have left to try is a factory reset but I am reluctant to lose all my text messages, as I have some precious ones on there that I would like to keep. There isn't time to back them up after the phone boots up before it restarts again.
Can anyone suggest anything? Thank you!
