Why is my Note 3 sending partial texts?

My Note3 is sending partial texts.

My sister has a Samsung Galaxy 6 and I have a Note3. She lives in Jacksonville Florida. I don't have problems sending anyone else texts except her. When I text her she get a partial text.

Do you each have different carriers? This would most likely have to do with the carriers.

What do you mean by partial text?
If your single text is more then 140 characters then it will split it into two individual texts. If thats the case and she only gets one its possible the sending server or your phone is not splitting it properly.
If your text is less then 140 characters and its stripping info out thats new and odd.
Please provide some more details. whos your carrier, whos her carrier?
