Why is my Note 4 duplicating outgoing texts and how can I stop it?

Note 4 is duplicating outgoing texts.

If I don't send them fast, they will duplicate themselves. At first I thought I was Chomp, which I've been using for quite a while, then I uninstalled it and reinstalled, and the same thing happened. I uninstalled again and began using my stock messaging. Same thing happening on that. Also, this am one email appeared in my text. I've tried to Google this problem, but can't seem to find anything. Hopefully someone can help me. It's frustrating.

If it is doing it with all apps then it most likely isn't your phone. I would contact your carrier to see if there is something going on with the network.
