Why is my Note 8 slow motion blurry in indoors?

When i switch to slow motion on my Galaxy Note 8 inside the room, its screen blurs. However it works fine while i am outdoor.

Outdoor, you say. Does that include outdoor when it's getting dark?

Slo mo is weak in low light conditions so it has to compensate with slower shutter speeds to collect enough light which cause the blur.
