why is my phone charging really slow?
Last week my phone wouldn't charge at all. This week, it took five hours to charge 50%. I've changed batteries, I've changed cords, and none of it worked. This leads me to believe its the USB port with bad connection. Is there a way to fix this at the house or do I have to ship it off? If I ship it off, will they give me a completely new phone?
