Question Why is my phone doing this?

My Samsung A22 5G No longer charges and just shows this when not plugged in. When I plug it in it shows it is charging but in reality its not. Can someone help?

I've left it for about 5 hours I've been trying to get this phone working for a while now as I have lots of data on there

Gently clean your usb port with a tooth pick or compressed air to remove any debris that might be blocking full insertion. If that doesn't work you'll have to bring it to a shop and have the port repaired.

Thanks. I can replace the port but I just didn't know what the problem was. I will try clean it now and get back to you

Cleaned it and it didn't work but I don't believe it is the charging port as wireless charging isn't working either

Also my phone has no charge in it and won't charge so when I try anything it just shows the battery dead 0% thingy

Nm, you don't have it on the A22.
Google how to get into Safe Mode
