Why is my phone goes to home screen while playing games

My phone is always out while playing online games sometimes i play a fee minute but sometime i can play 1 hour my phone is itel A45 what should i do

Welcome to Android Central! Perhaps you're accidentally tapping the Home or Back button, or it could be a faulty button (or screen, if the nav buttons are onscreen and not capacitative). Or the game might be glitchy, exiting out suddenly to the homescreen. Or the game might not be entirely compatible with your phone (which can be more likely if you installed it from some other source besides the Play Store). Or it might be causing the phone to heat up too much such that it causes the CPU to get throttled. It might help to know more details.
