why is my phone installing apps by itself ?

apps like timerservice and monkey test install by themselves .
my mob retars by itself and says : android it upgrading,thenptimizing apps,then i see unwanted apps installed !
they are apps like battery doctor,cool browser........
very annonying
i tried resetting my phone ,factory reset it but i remains ...
i installed 360 security and cm security to try to remove it , it says it is timeservicetrojan) and uninstall it but when i do, its reinstall by itself . i need a quick solution please !!
i cant use my phone properly
i use a samsung core with android 4.1.2
please help please !!
third time i resetted it !!

if you do not have automatic updates turned on... Then it looks like a virus. I can recommend some good antivirus like mcaffee or erase your memory completely.
