Why my phone is acting Crazy....(HELP!!!)

I just got this Samsung galaxy s3 from virgin mobile literately yesterday. It's a replacement for my old Samsung galaxy s3 that was broken but that's another story. Anyway the phone was working great since its new and everything and i was setting it up. When i finished set everything up and put all my contacts and apps on there that's when trouble started happening. The Touchwiz kept crashing and every app i tried to get into would crash 2-3 minutes later. I honestly thought it was because of some of the apps i had on my phone or maybe something didn't install right so i did what is common sense and Factory Reset the Phone and set it up back over again. After i finished set everything up back over again with the apps i had before it was acting worst. Everything kept crashing over and over again. The phone would constantly reboot and text messages would come extremely late. The phone would black out and then light up but it becomes unresponsive

I have looked up several solutions...and none have worked
Here's is what i have tried.
i downloaded dummy file Generator that didn't work
I Cleared the cache for Touchwiz and the Data and it worked for like 10mins and then started acting up again.
I checked my SD card for any faulty files or anything that wasn't right...that didn't work either.
I also tried a new theme called nova that would crash constantly and then touchwiz would crash.
I have tried my solutions but i will not say them unless i see someone comment it

Please help i need use of my phone and would deeply appericate the support

Welcome to Android Central! Does it still crash if you remove the SD card? How did you check it for faulty files, with chkdsk? If the card is corrupt, it could be the cause of these crashes, so try keeping it out. If the phone stops crashing, you have your answer.

If it's not the card, then try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. If it works fine, then something you installed is making the system unstable. You may have to uninstall apps one by one to determine which one. Restart the Device in Safe Mode - Samsung Galaxy S® III

It's possible the phone is a refurbished unit for a reason. That might have been the trouble a previous user had with it

My phone keeps clittching and I restarted it I took the battery out I even shut it off then back on or doing a mater re set and my phone won't let me type right it starts clittching if I want to text or home screen and I can barley even go to the home screen cause it won't let me. And i don't know what to do but the screen is cracked from throwing it.. but I need help.
