Why is my phone not receiving calls on one day and sometimes does not receive texts from people?

I think it because of not having enough storage or I probably need a new phone. The other my aunt and manager from work aaid they call me on Sat but I didnt receive their calls or when I'm texting people, I don't receive their messages.
