Why is my phone (S5, Kltedv G900P) not showing the sd card?

By accident I hit forget option regarding the sd card. The sd card works on other devices, and any other sd card I use with the S5 phone doesn't even show nothing on it. Usb flash drive do work still. I have already wipe the phone "factory reset", and still no luck. I know the issue is with the phone. If anyone can help would much appreciated. Thx
