Why is my phone saying that sense home has stopped and google play services has stopped?

My HTC Device is say that sense home and google play services has stopped, why is it saying this?

Welcome to the forums. The apps are crashing. You can try a cache clear in settings>storage. That may help.

Hi all !

No need for factory reset or anything 'painful' like that.

Just go to Settings -> Apps and for each app, Google Play Services and for Sense Home, you go to Storage -> Manage and Clear all data.
You will have to reconfigure your home pages to add back widgets and apps.

To get to the apps setting you have to answer quickly "OK" every time the Apps crash, and quickly reach in between each crash message to make progress in your Setting Navigation.
