Why is my phone screen changing colors?

My phone screen cracked and the bottom corner of the phone started coming off. Then, I got lines in my phone and the screen started changing colors, so, I powered it off and all I see is color. The sound is still working and I still get notifications.

Your screen is damaged that's why it's changed colors , get a price from repair center and see if it's worth it.
