Why is my phone sending messages on its own

I have noticed that my Note3 sends a message to an international number (0010658422) on its own. I have talked to the telecomm company, they said it could be a hidden app which is doing it.

So far it has happened about 6 times on different days. Having to pay the additional charges is one thing, more important is that it could be sending some private information to a hacker. Any help on how to stop this activity.

remove the app that is causing this.
Only install apps from the app store, not side loaded or hacked.
If you dont know what app is doing it, hard reset your device, then carefull install the apps you want back, making sure to get them from the play store only, and read the permissions and if possible read the reviews and feedback of the apps.

From a Mobile Threat Report I have found that a virus Trojan:Android/Tesbo.A causes this problem. I have installed 3 different anti-virus software but the virus is not found although the virus has sent about 6 messages in the last 10 days.
