Why is my phone showing green lines on black screen

[Android Central Question]

I tried to connect headphones to my huawei p9 and then it started to show lines on the screen and the touch went wrong and slipped me. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Welcome to Android Central! I'd suspect some loose connection that got disrupted when you applied pressure to insert the headphone plug. If the problem persists, bring it to a repair shop (or contact Huawei if it's still under warranty).
