Why is my phone sim card function not working?

I have a Cherry Mobile Flare X2 and my sim card function isn't working like totally not working. I tried everything I can search up, Rebooting, Taking out the sim card and putting it back on, Tried using other sim card still nothing (also the original sim card I was using can't be read by other phones I dont know why), Tried hard formatting, Anyone has any ideas I can fix this?

Have you already asked your carrier about this? Is your wireless plan fully paid up, or is it possible you might have missed a payment?
