I have a Samsung galaxy core prime. and for past few days I don't know why but my phone randomly switches off within a few minutes of it being on. why is this so? is this cos of an app or is it bugged? and how do I know when my phone is bugged?
If the phone powers off, turn it back on again, then look at Settings/Battery. Tap the graph to get to the second graph. If you see a sharp drop to zero in there, the battery has to be replaced. (It's throwing a dendrite, if you want an explanation. If you want an explanation of dendrites in lithium batteries, see Lithium Battery Dendrite links.)
