why my play store is not working in Moto g2?

i purchased moto g2 on week before but my play store is not working even 3G network is working well......it shows only a blank page

Welcome to Android Central! Does it work on wi-fi? Is the phone logged into your Google account? When you open Play Store, can you swipe in from the left and see if your Google account displays at the top of that menu?

Try going to Settings -> Apps and clear the data and cache for "Google Play" and "Google Play Services Framework" and try again
