why is my proximity sensor blocked on my S4 tablet, since I have a samsung S4 cover

I have the samsung S4 tablet. I have the samsung keyboard case for the S4. I am getting the dialog box that says my proximity sensor is blocked. How can that be since I have the case made for this tablet?

Well is it blocked? I mean literally can you see that it is blocked? Did you put the tablet in the case correctly?

Welcome to Android Central! Also, if you have a screen protector on, make sure it's not covering the sensor. And make sure the glass over the sensor isn't dirty.
