Why is my qlink sim card disabled

I'm switching my phone from MetroPCS to qlink. My phone is still locked to metropcs. When I put the qlink sim card in my phone it says sim card is disabled. What do I do

Personally I would contact Qlink and see what they say. It may be as simple as them getting the unlock code from Metro or they may have you contact them to get the phone released. You might check online at either or both to see what is needed to transfer a device from one or to the other. Not sure there is more that we can do for you.

Your first step is to get MetroPCS to unlock the device. That's a step for YOU to complete, it's not for QLink to do...
