Why is my Realme C2 phone dimming?

[Android Central Question]

When I open image which has transparent and back background it started dimming. When they have a pop-ups like low battery it start dimming and when the pop-up remove it started go back to normal brightness. When I play a video in my gallery it start to dim and color changing. Auto brightness is off and I tried to set to max brightness but is the same problem. Is the phone issue? I'm using Realme C2.

Try it in Safe mode
