Why is my rear camera lose sharpness after LCD replacement?

My HONOR 8 rear camera image quality lost color sharpness and saturation after replacing the LCD. This happened after the repairer replaced my LCD screen. When he disassembled the rear camera and reattached it, the camera quality was still low. The qualities of the pictures taken were obviously different before and after replacing the LCD. Can someone help with this problem?

Note that the LCD is Grade AA not 100% authentic.

Are you viewing the photos on any thing besides the phone? If only viewing on the phone it's possible it's a lower quality screen and that's why it looks different.

Evidently ("the LCD is Grade AA") you did the job yourself. You probably broke something or forgot to plug something back in.
