Android Central Question

My S-Pen recently stopped working on a certain part of my screen on my Galaxy Tab A. There's no case, so it's not a magnet that could be causing the issue. When I use my finger, I can draw on that area but not with the S-Pen. I recently did a factory data reset on it as well, so it couldn't be an app causing the issue.

Any help on what could be causing this to happen?

How to recover it? My problem with my tab s4 is the same. I used a magnetic case. Does it recover immediately when I take off it or does it take time? I attach a screen shot. Could you make a comment please

Welcome to Android Central! I'm not sure if there's any easy way to recover that apart from replacing the part in a repair shop. At the least, I'd bring it to a repair shop to get a more definitive diagnosis. Good luck!
