Why is my S Planner widget invisible?

I use the largest widget size, 4x4. When it's first put onto my home screen it appears fine. But after a few minutes only the top half of the calender shows, but the bottom is still active. If I remove the widget and then replace it, it shows all of it again... but only for a few minutes.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 if that helps.

I have the same problem on my a3. At first it was fine but after the software update it started displaying half of it

I'm having the same problem and it's getting on my nerves. Want to install Google Calendar but friggin splanner can't be turned off. Using two active calenders is annoying. Anyone please post a solution. Device : Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9005 Android 5.0
