S4 flickering and turning off

I recently have,started having problems with my s4, I was outside at tennis today and it started to rain, my phone wpgot rained on but it has a water proof protection case so I wasn't worried, it got rained on for about a 30 seconds. Then I opened up the case and emptied a
The little amount of water stuck inside. About 2 hours later while I was watching YouTube it started flickering and eventually went crazy to were I couldn't even see the screen, now when I turned it on it flickers then turns off after 5 seconds. I tried removing the battery multiple times and charging it and still didn't work, please help

Welcome to Android Central! If you opened the case and there was water inside, it doesn't sound entirely waterproof. If the water got into the device through the USB port or through other seams, it could have started to cause some damage.
