Why is my S6 Edge unable to connect to my Gear S?

s6 edge unable to connect to gear s

I have update my software on s6 edge to latest but still cannot connect to my gear s. Uninstall and reinstall samsung gear manager but still cannot. PLEASE HELP. I am fun of samsung and now friends laughing at me because the gear doesnt connect to s6 edge. If this cannot solve by samsung, you will loose one loyal customer.
