why is my Samsung galaxy 10.1 Model GT-P7500 always crashing

Dear experts,

I have Samsung galaxy 10.1 Model GT-P7500, always crashing.
Android Version 3.1
Build Number: HMJ37 P7500JPKH2
Kernel Version: 2.6.36.3

Tried looking for updates via the tab, but it says"No updates available"

Having to know its having very old Android version, what would be the best upgrade path and how should it be done.

Any tips, advises please...

Welcome to the forums. I would suggest rebooting the device in Safe Mode, and see if the crashes still happen.
