My phone has been dialing by itself lately. Today it is every 5 minutes or so. It calls 22899. After it places the call it rings on the other end then my phone hangs us and the screen lights up. What is wrong??

Not sure. Have you tried rebooting your device or pulling the battery? If these don't work, you may need to do a factory reset. Good luck and welcome to AC!
