Samsung Galaxy Centura acting very sluggish

My Galaxy Centura has started acting very sluggish when making calls, the phone sits there for as long as 30 seconds before it starts to connect. It wasn't this way when I got it, what is the problem?

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to the Phone app, and select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
