why is my samsung galaxy s6 back button stuck? phantom.
the back button is flipping out, nit touching it. phantom taking all apps back to the main screen. I cant restart, turn off, use any apps at all, I cant even get into the settings to factory reset anything. I did manage to do a clear up yesterday but it didn't seem to help. I have had the phone for 4 months. I have no insurance on this device, is it even worth taking it into a store? I'm presuming its something to do with the screen on the inside. when the screen is black and not in use its fine. but when the screen is lit up its going crazy even when its not being touched. any ideas??
