Samsung restarting while uninstalling programs
Hello guys, I own an Samsung Galaxy Grande Neo smartphone,lately I've had some huge problems with uninstalling any program. For example, when I go to Setting-Application Manager-All,I try to disable system programs that are basically ****( Google Play services,Google Play itself,even the Samsung account app) and that worked fine for a while,my phone was great ,running smoothly,after some time i re-installed said apps because I wanted to download apps like 360 Security (i think that's the name) or Battery Doctor and such...anyway,a couple of weeks ago while Google play was automatically updating Facebook and Facebook Messenger the device just re-stared and the update was not completed and it just kept repeating the process continually crashing my phone.
After some time the problem fixed on it's own...I don't know how but I managed to completely uninstall Facebook and Messenger for the device and it was fine for a couple of days,then again the crashing started but this time while I was uninstalling some app,not sure which one but the dive crashed,now it just keeps happening all the time and it became impossible to install or uninstall ANY app,I've tried the safe mode method but it didn't work...the same thing happens,I go to app manager,select disable/uninstall/remove but in the middle the removal it just crashes...if any of you have the time to give me any kind of assistance I would appreciate it a lot since I have a huge problem with this issue since I have no idea to what it is related,how to fix it,or even if it's an hardware or software issue
