Why is my Samsung S3 mini not turning on?

why my samsung s3 mini wont turn on? pleaseeeee help

i tried, removing the battery, and put it back. nothing happened.
i charged my battery in a universal charger, so i can do the vol+,power,home and the vol down thing. nothing happened.
my phone is not rooted.

what can i do now? ( please do help me (

Go to eBay and look for samsung dongle. They're about $1 shipped. (Or check in any repair shop and see if they have one you can use for a minute.) It'll get a hard-bricked phone into download mode. Then you can use Odin to flash a stock ROM.

Unless the hardware went bad. Then you just have to replace things - like the motherboard, probably.
