Why is my sim puk blocked?

why my sim puk is blocked

my number is [removed by moderator] now im using samsung core 2 but when i am giving my sim into a samsung tablet it is saying that the sim puk is blocked so my father is scolding me that i have spoiled the sim so please unblock my sim and i need to give my sim into a tablet so please help me

I believe that you'll have to contact your carrier or network provider about that. I also believe that you are hardly to be blamed for it.
