Why is my sleep mode unclickable on my huawei p8 lite. It stays on 20 seconds

My Huawei p8lite . I can't click on the sleep mode. It stays in 30 seconds. How can I activate it to change it
 
Welcome to Android Central! Do you have any power-saving modes turned on? If so, that might prevent you from changing it to a longer interval.
