Why is my storage all taken up?

I have the galaxy s8+ 64 gb. I keep getting the notification for low storage but when ever I look at storage it goesnt tell me what it literally taking up 60+ gigs on my phone. The highest listed is apps at 2gb. The rest are under .5 gigs. Please help.

8GB for each of 2 system partitions. The download partition. The recovery partition. Lots and lots of partitions that you can't see in Storage.
