WHY is my storage full when I delete everything

i have a Samsung E7. My storage is fulI (system memory 4.41gb, used space 11.39gb and available space 456mb) - I have no pictures,music or videoand I have moved all the app I could to the SD card (16gb). What can I do ??

Hi, what other items do you have on the phone that aren't on the SD card? you could try performing a factory reset to start fresh. If you have everything on your SD card then you won't need to worry about backing everything up.
