i have a samsung j100 mobile i have already do the force restart but still nothing change the button is still not working at all

Hi, what are you trying to achieve? are you able to unlock the phone? do you have a 3rd party lock screen app installed? have you perhaps damaged the screen and it no longer responds to touch? come back with more info please so we can assist.
