Why is my Tecno Y2 not displaying all calls

Why my phone is not displaying the page for recent calls when I tap on the phone app?

Your title says not displaying "all calls", like you're able to see some but there are ones missing. Then in your post you say that the page isn't displaying. Is there a tab/button/place to tap to see your call history or has that disappeared? If it is still there, what happens when you press it? It opens then closes, it does nothing, an error message pops up, what happens?

Did it ever show your call history?

How long ago did you notice that this was missing?

Without knowing exactly what you see or what is happening the only advice I can offer would be to clear the cache and possibly the data for the phone app. To do this go in to Settings>Applications>Phone>Storage>Clear cache and restart the phone. Check to see if it is working. If it isn't working go back and clear the data. This will reset any settings you changed in the app but should not result in any lost information.

Welcome to Android Central! When you're in the Recent Calls screen, tap the Menu button and see if there's an option for Call History or Call Log.
