WiFi instantly turning on after I switch it off
Okay, I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active - Yesterday I got a new Sim to put in my phone due to an old one breaking.
Since the sim card change the WiFi will automatically come on, seconds after I turn it off.
I've been doing reading and the connection optimizer is not in my mobile network settings and neither is the "smart Connect"
I need help because my battery is draining FAST
