Why is my wifi randomly cutting out?

I purchased this Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" off of the Walmart website. It will access the wifi pretty easily, but sometimes if im in youtube the video will just stop and have to buffer, (im fairly certain that this problem is not the router nor my connection speeds, i also do not have any of these problems on other devices linked to that same router) or sometimes when i go into the app store it will give me the spinner and eventually say "No Connection" and if i press the retry button it instantly loads like nothing happend. Mostly all i want to do is find out if i should go complain to walmart that they sold me a faulty tablet. or is there something that I can do to fix this problem?

its not the tablet its YT. your connection speeds between the MAN and your WAN meaning ISP the from the ISP to your PBX then to your router. you need to confirm a couple things what Tier did you sign up for in regards to your ISP then also confirm the standard you are using Wireless G or N? there are some tweaks you can do with YT like not play in Hi def if you have a slow connection
