Why is my wifi resetting every time my phone turns off?

Whenever my phone (HTC one M7) turns off it forgets all wifi networks i have signed into, meaning that when it switches back on I have to type in passwords again. This has been happening since i upgraded my software to android lollipop 5.0.2

Any ideas how to fix this?

None of this has worked, it happens on all wifi networks i connect to and as mentioned was never an issue until i updated it.

Factory Reset after Lollipop update is highly recommended. Clears out some update bugs.
