Why is my wifi shutting off on its own?

WiFi will shut off on it own.

I have my WiFi on 24/7 and yet I lol at my Samsung Galaxy S 4 and it kicks me off and also when I restart/turn on my phone it won't turn on unless I turn it one. Iv done everything to downgrading and upgrading, to checking my advanced setting and it still won't stay on i have telus WiFi and no one else has a problem except for me! Please help me.
