why is my xiaomi mi 10400 mah not charging

[Android Central Question]

i tried to charge my mi 10400 mah power bank but it refused to come on . Then i pressed the button to know if it is fully charged it refused to turn on when i plugged it in the light, i pressed it for three times it still did not come on. please what should i do

Do you know for certain that the charger and cable are good? hahve you tried them with other devices?

If so, it sounds like it's stopped working...

Welcome to Android Central! It was working before, or is it brand new to you? Are you certain you're using the correct input port? Some chargers will only charge up using one of the ports.

I have an Anker of similar capacity for 18 months, and it won't generally charge itself until it's near depleted. The 4 light dots wouldn't indicate either at this point iirc.
I rarely use it It's a very good brand.

Does it have any charge left in it?

I have Xiaomi phones. They have good support help via their Mi Store app or other routes here in the UK. . Depends how you bought it.
