why is notification screen blank?

android fiesta lgl 164vl when a notification is sent to phone the screen is blank. why?

The screen blanks out? Or there's no notification, but the rest of the screen is normal? Or what?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "a notification is sent to phone"? Notifications aren't sent to your phone -- apps on your phone generate notifications for you based on certain events (like an incoming message).
