Why is Samsung Pay removing my cards?

I added a citi card first, I get a notification the day after it was removed.

Now I added a wells fargo card last week and I just got an email saying that has been removed. Happening to anyone else?

Citibank removed my card from Android Pay, but so far so good with Samsung Pay.
