Why is the audio output volume lower after the recent Android One update????

After the recent Android one update on my Galaxy S9+ the audio output volume is lower than before. Like max volume now is 70 to 80% from before the update. I'm sure because I listen to music everyday from the phone. Not only headphone out but also with bluetooth. Really pissed me off.

Is there any way to roll back the firmware?

Make sure Dolby Atmos is enabled in the quick settings
